Strong start for Belgium and SOLESTAR with Van Avermaet, Van Aert and Naesen


Greg Van Avermaet and SOLESTARVictories at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, E3 Harelbeke and Gent – Wevelgem, a second place at the Tour of Flanders after a thrilling and dramatic race and finally the win at the queen of the classics Paris – Roubaix. This is the impressive result of the Olympic champion Greg Van Avermaet this spring.

Oliver Naesen and SOLESTAR But also other Belgian riders were victoriuos this spring: Oliver Naesen, the Belgian who had broken into  WorldTour last season with his win at the Bretagne Ouest France Classic as well as podium placements at the Eneco Tour and the Tour de l'Eurometropole. With a third place at the E3 Price he finally made his step into the realm of potential candidates for future classics.

Wout Van Aert and SOLESTARIn the world of cyclo cross there is one outstanding talent: Wout Van Aert. Wout was able to repeat his victory of the World Championships 2016 after a fantastic season also this spring. For next year he has announced to prove his class not only off-track, but also at the great monuments of road cycling: Tour of Flanders and Paris Roubaix.

This is a strong start for Belgium into 2017 indeed and we are very happy that we have the privilege to support all these outstanding athletes with our insoles.
